As a computer enthusiast since it's within reach, and thanks to my professional journey, I have a great overview on infrastructures and technical concepts related to IT activities.

This background allows me to understand technical impediments inherent to IT projects and focus on pertinent sequences to provide operational solution.

  • I coordinated and managed a project related to Fiber Networks for Luxemburgs 2nd telecommunication market player. The objective was to provision and build automatically Fiber Networks to sell them to the customers
  • I coordinated the members of 5 different nationalities within 4 different departments and thanks to the implementation of 2 regular working groups during 3 months, I was able to develop a complete business flow, which was 100% automatized
  • Analyzing the business process to define the nominal reference flows
  • Building a reference database for physical components of the network
  • Model the flow in a BPM tool to automate treatments (processings)
  • Coordinate the developers team to interface this flow with the existing information system and the SOA
  • Define architecture microservices oriented, capable of interfacing with future components of the information system

  • I took care of the projects from 300 m/d to 2000 m/d for a large banking group. It took us 4 months to recruit and build 3 teams of developers
  • During this period of time, I managed to onboard all 21 resources and i educated them in the agile methodology. The result was an increase of the customers satisfaction mark from 03/10 to 08/10
  • Build the teams and distribute skills, experience, maturity, age class, ... on 3 different technologies for each team
  • Set up AGILE ceremonies and contribute to the adoption of the methodology by the persons in charge and the teams
  • Implement a solution of continuous integration to simplify and secure the deployments on the various environments
  • Strengthen the practices of qualification and validation by defining additional processes in developments
  • Capitalize on the application knowledge and encourage the development best practices

  • I was involved in the project called "New Evolutionary Convergent Computing - NICE” within a french banking group
  • I coordinated more than 10 teams within the project with all over 2.000 persons. Furthermore I created working groups and set-up crisis meetings to deliver out of one centralised solution
  • Converge the application solutions from 5 GIE on a unique version
  • Create 18 environements of production for the new solution
  • Define the technical scenarios for all the agencies, distributed in 4 waves, from 3 to 12 agencies
  • Migrate 2000Go of customer's data, planned on sunday operations from 3 to 6 weekends
  • Guarantee the functional and operational availability of the application after move, the failure being estimated in 1M€ a day and by agency
  • Participate in the operational maintenance and accompany the team support on these new environments

  • I developed 4 web services to allow a scoring tool the usage for real-estate loans. This solution was intended to be used by the web portal of "Credit Foncier de France"
  • I migrated the backend of the International Olympic Comitee portal to add a CMS solution
  • As the implementation was successful, the testing phase driven by BPCE Group was also started 3 weeks before the expected date.
